2025 Grant (fall): Professional Development

This form is used to submit a proposal for a professional development mini-grant of up to $500 in funding.

 

Grant Information

 

AZPE awards mini grants to educators to enhance teaching and learning.

There are 3 types of mini-grants available:

• Up to $1000 for classroom or school.
• Up to $500 available for professional development.
• Up to $500 for student experiences (field trips, etc..). 

This is the application for the Professional Development grant of up to $500. 

 

Guidelines:

• Membership is required prior to submitting application.
• You may only receive one grant per year, although you may submit applications for ALL of the available grants in a given year. 
• If you previously submitted a grant proposal, but didn’t win, you may submit another one in future grant cycles. 
• Applications should address the specific impact this funding will have, and how many students will benefit. 
• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the necessity for some professional conferences and professional development opportunities to be conducted remotely, project proposals for VIRTUAL professional development opportunities will be considered as well.
• You may apply for a grant to cover the cost of a professional development opportunity taking place anytime before May 31, 2024.
